Anyway, this is one hot photo of Miss Kelly-ness. Where the hell was this chick on Idol Does Drama night? What a missed opportunity. Anyway, to all the chub-haters out there, SHUT it. She's a goddess and you know it. Kelly Rocks.
There I said it. Every now and again, I do get to be a 14 year old FAN and write just like I used to when I was in Jr. High and had my Tiger Beat magazines all over my bed and pinups of ???? on the wall. Shit, that gives away my age, and right now I 'm 14, so there.

Hey, I'm not a chub-hater, and I love Kelly -- but she looked like shit on Idol Gives Back, and we all know it. My mom and I were even lamenting how sad we were about that yesterday during brunch. It wasn't just the water retention - and hopefully that's all it was on Idol Gives Back - (shit, my "fat" phase freshman year was at least 50% based on the shitty birth control pill I was on - when I went off it, I lost like 8 lbs in two days (my natural weight hovers around the 100 lb mark -- 8 lbs is significant and I look just as shitty at 115 as I do at 85) - conversely, the pill I've been on for the last two years gives me an extra cup size, which rules), it was the extensions, it was the make-up -- the girl just looked bad.
We just really wanted her to look awesome so she could tell Idol to go fuck themselves. Similarly, Carrie looked like ass when she made her Idol return this year -- and she's looked amazing at every other event. That didn't make me AS sad, because Idol has been up her ass from day one -- so it wasn't like she had something to retroactively prove -- but I really wanted Kelly to come out looking hot and taking names...if I didn't like her so much, it wouldn't even be an issue.
She did look great on her single cover. I gave my mom a new Mix CD yesterday with that single, the new Snow Patrol (my mom's favorite band, after Death Cab...she's slowly becoming cool at almost 60) single from Spider-Man and some other stuff, and she was immediately like, "yeah, this is a hit." Her voice is such a powerhouse...of my generation, only Christina has better pipes (and Christina has better pipes than almost anybody...Aguilera's on another level), if we're comparing active recording artists (which is why J. Hud doesn't compete). Maybe Beyonce...OK, Christina and Beyonce are better, but that's it. Kelly DOES rock.

So that's what was under the tablecloth of a dress. WOW. Now I remember why Kelly is my favorite. Oh, she can sing a little. Hmm, Cole. Tiger beat huh?? Let me guess. Ricky Schroeder, Kirk Cameron, the two Corey's(Heim and Feldmen). Or do you go back even further? Sean Cassidy? John Travolta? Don't worry, I like older women.

And when I say I'm going to do something, I'm going to do it. I said I would meet Ace Young, and I did. Of course, I can't meet Daughtry now. I missed the window between fame and ultra famous. I did see Carrie live, but my husband wouldn't let me stalk her after the show. He loves me so much he actually went to see her, and he hates country music. What a guy. And then she sang a rippin' Axle Rose "Sweet Child of Mine" and I thoiught my husband was going to flip out. He loved it. The crowd was insane. It was a county fair in Dixon Calif. of all places.
