Well, Carrie Underwood, of course, is the sole reason I tuned in Saturday night. She was stellar, of course. Her outfit was a we bit Ho-ish, but hey, if she wants to shake her moneymaker in ivory satin shorts, power to her. He hair was flawless, and that all important lip gloss was perfection. She sang Wasted, as I predicted, and "Before He Cheats". It was great.
Now for the surprise AI appearance. They freakin' had a Sanjaya look-alike come out and interrupt Weekend Update. Wearing the same outfit, singing the same song. It was dead-on and so funny I almost fainted laughing. They had some little "crybaby" look alike in the crowd too. And DAN AKROYD in the crowd crying. ha ha.
